IBPS Clerk 2026 Result Out – What to Do Next
The IBPS Clerk Mains Result 2026 has been officially declared on 2nd March 2026. If you have qualified, congratulations! If you have not qualified this time, do not be discouraged. Here is what you should do in both cases.
If You Have Qualified
First download your result and scorecard from www.ibps.in using your Registration Number and Password. Keep a printout safely as you will need it for future reference.
Next Step is Language Proficiency Test (LPT). Qualified candidates will be called for LPT which is qualifying in nature. Marks in LPT are not counted in the final merit list. You need to pass LPT in the local language of the state you applied for.
Document Verification will follow LPT. Keep all your original documents ready including Class 10 and 12 mark sheets, graduation certificate, caste certificate if applicable, and identity proof.
Provisional Allotment will be announced by IBPS based on your Mains marks and bank preferences you submitted. You will be allotted to one of the 11 participating public sector banks.
