Our Photo Creator and Signature Creator tools let you crop, resize and compress a photo or signature to a chosen exam's requirements. When you upload an image to these tools:

• The image is processed in memory on our server for the sole purpose of generating your resized/compressed file.
• We do not save, store, log, or retain your uploaded photo or signature — it is discarded immediately once the processed file is returned to your browser.
• We do not use uploaded images for any purpose other than fulfilling that single processing request, and we never share them with any third party.
• Since a photo or signature can be personal (and in some cases biometric-adjacent) data, please only upload your own photo/signature, or one you have consent to process on someone's behalf.
• Avoid uploading images that also show unrelated sensitive documents (e.g. Aadhaar, PAN or ID cards) in the frame — crop to just the photo/signature area before uploading.
