About This Notification
HPCL (Maharatna PSU, Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas) has released recruitment (Advt. No. HPCL/OPEN/HR/3/2025-26) for 731 posts: 416 Junior Executive (Freshers - Diploma/Graduate), 141 Engineer posts (B.E/B.Tech), and 174 Experienced Professionals across Finance, HR, Sales, Safety, IT, Legal and other streams. CBT tentatively on 3 May 2026. Minimum 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD) in qualifying degree required. 3-year service bond mandatory on joining.
