About This Notification
South Central Railway (SCR) has released Notification No. SCR/P-HQ/RRC/111/Act.App/2025-26 for 2801 Apprentice posts across various trades at its workshops and production units under the Act Apprenticeship scheme. Eligibility: Passed 10th class with minimum 50% marks in Science and Mathematics, plus ITI Pass Certificate in the relevant trade from a recognized institution. Age Limit: 15-24 years as on 11.04.2026 (SC/ST +5 yrs, OBC +3 yrs). Stipend: As per Apprentices Act 1961 norms (varies by trade and year). Duration: 1 year. Selection: Merit list based on 10th and ITI marks. No written examination. Application Fee: Nil. Apply Mode: Online at scr.indianrailways.gov.in. Application window: 12.03.2026 to 11.04.2026.
