About This Notification
South Central Railway (SCR), Headquarters Office, Secunderabad, has released Notification No. SCR/P-HQ/RRC/111/Act. App/2025-26 dated 11.03.2026 for engagement of 2,801 Act Apprentices for 2025-26 under the Apprentices Act, 1961. This is a major opportunity for 10th pass ITI holders seeking latest Railway government apprenticeship jobs across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Madhya Pradesh districts falling under South Central Railway's jurisdiction. Thirteen trades are offered: AC Mechanic, Carpenter, COPA, Diesel Mechanic, Electrician, Electronic Mechanic, Fitter, Industrial Electronics, Machinist, MMTM, Motor Mechanic Vehicle, Painter, and Welder. Training will be imparted at multiple railway establishments including Workshops at Lallaguda, Rynapadu, Tirupati, and Divisions at Secunderabad, Hyderabad, Nanded, Guntakal, Vijayawada, and Guntur. Candidates must be at least 15 years old and must not have completed 24 years of age as on 11-04-2026 (UR/EWS), with age relaxations for SC/ST (5 years), OBC-NCL (3 years), PwBD and Ex-Servicemen (10 years).
