About This Notification
UPSC has released the Combined Defence Services Examination (II) 2026 notification (Notice No. 11/2026-CDS-II) on 20th May 2026 for recruitment of 451 vacancies across Indian Military Academy (IMA), Indian Naval Academy (INA), Air Force Academy (AFA), and Officers' Training Academy (OTA). The written exam is scheduled for 13th September 2026. Selected candidates will join courses commencing in July 2027 (IMA/INA/AFA) and October 2027 (OTA).
