Qualification
Graduate (minimum aggregate 55% marks) in any discipline from a university recognized by the Govt. of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. Course completed through correspondence/distance/part-time are not eligible. Computer Literacy, Operating and Working knowledge in computer systems.
Age Limit
21-30 years (as on 01.04.2026). Candidates must have been born not earlier than 02.04.1996 and not later than 01.04.2005 (both dates inclusive).
Pay Scale
Basic Pay: rs. 20,000/- per month. Total CTC Monthly: rs. 38,709/- to rs. 41,509/- (City Category III to I). Total CTC Annual: rs. 4,64,508/- to rs. 4,98,108/-. Includes HRA, Other Benefits, Meal Coupon, PF Company contribution, Mediclaim, Group Insurance. Annual increment up to 10% of Basic Pay based on performance.

About This Notification
LIC Housing Finance Ltd (LIC HFL) has released a recruitment notification for 180 Junior Assistant posts across multiple states and cities in India. The online examination (200 questions, 200 marks, 120 minutes) covers English Language, Logical Reasoning, General Awareness (with special emphasis on Housing Finance Industry), Numerical Ability, and Computer Skills. Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. The final merit list will be based on combined marks of the online examination and interview. The monthly CTC ranges from rs. 38,709/- to rs. 41,509/- depending on city category, with a basic pay of rs. 20,000/-. Annual increment up to 10% based on performance.
