Minimum three years Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognised Institute or University or Board with minimum 65% of marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD) OR Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised University with 55% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).

Age Limit

Between 20 and 30 years (As on 01/04/2026). Candidates born not earlier than 02/04/1996 and not later than 01/04/2006. SC/ST: 5 years; OBC: 3 years; PwBD: 10 years (GEN/EWS)/13 years (OBC)/15 years (SC/ST); Ex-Servicemen: service rendered + 3 years (max 50 years); Widows/divorced women: up to 35 years (40 years for SC/ST).

Pay Scale

Starting basic pay of rs. 47,700/- per month in the scale of rs. 29000-1700(3)-34100-2040(4)-42260-2720(6)-58580-2950(2)-64480-3370(3)-74590-4050(1)-78640. Initial monthly Gross emoluments approximately rs. 91,309/-.
