Mandatory: B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science / Software Engineering / IT / Electronics/ Electrical & Electronics / Data Science / AI & ML/Analytics or equivalent. OR MCA or M. Tech. / MSc/ in Computer Science / Software Engineering / IT / Electronics/ Electrical & Electronics / Data Science / AI & ML or equivalent. Preferred: MBA (System / Finance / Operations/ Marketing) or equivalent. Preferred Certifications: PMP, CBAP (IIBA), PMI-PBA, or Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), ITIL, Prince2, Six Sigma Green Belt, or relevant Cloud Certifications.
Age Limit

Pay Scale
Annual CTC Upper Range: rs. 45.00 Lakhs. Fixed Pay: 85% of CTC; Variable Pay: 15% of CTC. Annual Increment Band: Upto 10%. Contract Period: 5 Years.

Experience Required

Additional Info
Place of posting: Mumbai or anywhere in India as per administrative requirement. Candidates serving in Govt./PSU must submit NOC at time of interview. CIBIL check applicable. Outstation candidates called for interview will be reimbursed Economy Class airfare up to rs. 15,000/- (both sides).

About This Notification
State Bank of India has released a recruitment notification for the engagement of Specialist Cadre Officer - Lead Business Analyst on contract basis (Advertisement No. CRPD/SCO/2026-27/04). A total of 8 vacancies (UR-5, OBC-2, SC-1) are open for IT and banking professionals. Eligible candidates aged between 30 and 40 years as on 31.03.2026 must hold a B.E./B.Tech. or MCA/M.Tech./MSc in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Data Science, or AI and ML, along with a minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience in the IT domain including at least 5 years as a Business Analyst or Lead Business Analyst. The contract period is 5 years with an annual CTC of up to rs. 45 Lakhs (negotiable), comprising 85% Fixed and 15% Variable Pay. Candidates with BFSI sector experience are preferred. Preferred certifications include PMP, CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSM, ITIL, and relevant Cloud Certifications. The selection process includes shortlisting and a 100-mark interview.
